Can you send my plan documents through the post?
We are a paperless company; however, you can view and download your documents by logging into My Account.
When will my annual boiler service be carried out?
We will contact you each year to arrange your annual boiler service.
If you are a homeowner, we will carry out your boiler service during the quieter summer months between March and September.
If you are a landlord, we will carry out your annual boiler service at the same time as your annual landlord gas safety inspection (CP12).
How do I request a repair?
The fastest way to request a repair is online via My Account. My Account is available 24/7 and can automatically approve repair requests and assign an engineer local to you.

Hours: 8:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
