These Terms & Conditions govern the March/April 2025 up to 20% Off Promotional offer presented by YourRepair , a company registered in England and Wales, with registered address The Mill, Congleton Road, Talke, Stoke on Trent, ST7 1NE and company no. 09699907 (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). By purchasing a plan and accepting the discounted price offered you will be deemed to accept these terms.
1. Duration of offer
This promotion will run from 08:00 20th March 2025 to 23:59 8th April 2025 inclusive (The “Promotion Availability Period”, subject to paragraph 5.2 below).
2. Eligibility In order to be eligible for this promotion, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be a new customer of YourRepair and have not held or purchased a plan from YourRepair in the previous 12 months from the date of purchase; and
- You must be a resident of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

3. Rate of Discount
During the promotion period, eligible plans will be sold with the following rate of discount off the standard price
- Heating (Homeowner and Landlord) £0 Call Out Fee - 5% discount
- Home (Homeowner and Landlord) £0 Call Out Fee - 7% discount
- Home Plus (Homeowner and Landlord) £0 Call Out Fee - 10% discount
- Complete (Homeowner and Landlord) £0 Call Out Fee - 13% discount
- Heating (Homeowner and Landlord) £60 Call Out Fee - 6% discount
- Home (Homeowner and Landlord) £60 Call Out Fee - 10% discount
- Home Plus (Homeowner and Landlord) £60 Call Out Fee - 15% discount
- Complete (Homeowner and Landlord) £60 Call Out Fee - 19% discount
- Heating (Homeowner and Landlord) £95 Call Out Fee - 9% discount
- Home (Homeowner and Landlord) £95 Call Out Fee - 12% discount
- Home Plus (Homeowner and Landlord) £95 Call Out Fee - 18% discount
- Complete (Homeowner and Landlord) £95 Call Out Fee - 20% discount
Prices include VAT at the current rate. The discount applied shall run for the duration of the initial term of the plan purchased and will end on renewal or cessation of that contract. Any discount applied cannot be transferred to a different plan without written approval from YourRepair. If you have purchased a 3 year fixed price plan the discount will only apply for the initial 12 months.
4. Application of Discount
The reduction on the standard prices will be applied automatically at checkout.
5. Limits to offer
5.1 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or the full term of our 3 year fixed price plans
5.2. We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and
conditions at any time without prior notice and/or refuse the promotion or
withdraw the promotion from a customer at any time on reasonable notice only
where the customer is not eligible to benefit from the promotion in accordance
with paragraph 2.
5.3. The promotion can only be redeemed against the customer’s account and
cannot be used to pay for or off-set any other fees, charges or costs nor any other
YourRepair account balances.
5.4. YourRepair reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may
disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these Terms.
5.5. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule,
order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of
a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any
other provisions not held to be invalid.
5.6 This Promotion is limited to one discount per person.
6. Jurisdiction
The Offer Terms are governed by English Law and are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
