Had hot water issues with my boiler, YourRepair sent an engineer out but he was unable to resolve the problem, so they sent Wostcester Bosch specialist round, Great job, Fixed.
This is probably the best company I have ever dealt with faultless in every way. The engineer was amazing prompt efficient and really friendly I wish every company was like this one will recommend them to everyone
Had my Combi boiler serviced yesterday. The engineer gave me a useful tip about changing the hot water aspect to Eco mode. Wish I'd been aware of that before but full marks to him.
With one in five boilers in the UK breaking down each year, it's likely your boiler will need repairing at some point.
Here are some things to consider...
Is your boiler covered by your home insurance?
It is worth checking first if your boiler is covered by your home insurance, however, boiler breakdowns are common and costly and very few home insurance providers will cover your boiler within your home insurance for those reasons.
The cost of boiler breakdown
Boiler repairs aren't cheap - depending on the fault, it can be anything up to £500 or more. Boiler and central heating cover will help ensure you avoid any unexpected repair bills.

No - we're happy to cover your boiler no matter its age as long as it's powered by natural gas, in good working order and not on our list of excluded boilers.

Do I need to pay a fee for a repair?
That depends on if you have chosen your cover with or without a fixed fee per repair. If you choose to have cover with a fixed fee, it will mean your monthly payments are less, but you will pay a fixed fee for each repair you receive.
What does my annual boiler service include and how do I book it?
All of our boiler and central heating cover plans come with an annual inspection of your boiler to make sure it's safe and working properly. This includes:
- A visual check of the boiler
- A flue gas analysis & efficiency test
- Removing the boiler cover and inspecting it, if necessary
- Checking and adjusting the system pressure, if necessary
- Cleaning the condensate trap, if necessary
- Checking the boiler is firing up and shutting down safely
- Checking that the ventilation & flue are in accordance with current Gas Safety regulations
When you're due a service, we'll automatically allocate an engineer and they'll be in touch to arrange a time and date that works for you. Once we've carried out your service, we'll put confirmation of this in your online portal.
How do I pay for my boiler cover?
You can pay for your cover via monthly direct debit. The first payment is made two weeks after the start of your plan and then monthly on or around the same date each month after.

All our plans are 12 month agreements. After this, you can choose whether you want to renew or not.
