Great service

Pleased with different levels of cover offered, managed to beat our renewal price with British Gas. The sign up process was easy and we got a free hotel stay which was an added bonus.

John originally contacted me, probably as a result of me perusing your website earlier on. I initially had a problem with 24/7 demanding the sum of £700 as permission for me to be allowed to cancel the contract I had just entered into which turned out to be rather ambiguous. John helped me to sort it all out.

Just signed up so had no chance to rate the service yet.

The information and sign up was excellent and easy. Only time will tell if on going service reaches the same high standard. I hope it will.

Well, so far so good. Just setup a new account so time will tell if all the promises are kept and the services shown on their website are accurate.

Easy to setup and good value. Annual boiler service included which saves you approx £80 per year.

This review view is not for repair. Just signed up so a bit early to write a review. Sign up process is very easy and the site caters to Landlords with multiple properties. The first impression is promising.

Quick and efficient service

Both people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful and if made me feel I wanted to use your service. I was going to compare prices with British Gas, by after speaking with John I was so impressed I did even ring British Gas.
