Excellent service for the sign up. After the initial conversation I asked for a couple of days to think about it and was politely asked to ring back (given a name and number) if I needed further information. No attempt at hard sell, a rare thing these days.

The response time to my call was very Quick, I pressed for a call back and this took place before I could make a cup of coffee. The price in comparison is similar to British Gas. The reason I’m so impressed is I've spoken to a person and not been pushed to the internet. Let’s hope this continues.
