5 / 5Excellent contact with the company,speaking with them for the first time as I set up my plan. Too early to judge them for service/repairs,but if they are as good as the telephone contact,I'll be happy.

5 / 5As a landlord (lady), it is good to get a person responding to one's phonecall upon signing up, to be able to verbally ask any queries one may have. I have had patient and helpful responses and go forward trusting Your Repair will be as good when / if we have practical issues occuring covered by the Plan. Hoping this will be some time in advance but it is good to have confidence in the chosen boiler insurance company. As I am only able to do a review after just joining I am awarding a four star award.
