I have found the service so far excellent Robin explained what service could be supplied with each plan, ensuring the correct plan was selected for the individual customer. Details of plans were explained so the customer is left in no doubt as to how much they would be paying for and for how long.

Very easy to set up, seems very reasonably priced for the level of cover you receive. The representative was very helpful and polite and friendly. So far so good!

Quick and easy to take out a new policy. Being able to choose either a 1, 2 or 3 year fixed deal is a great option. Much cheaper than my previous provider. BG have lost a loyal customer of 13yrs.
