Great quick assistance over the phone

Just joined and received several welcome e-mails. Must say the price is right and ticks all boxes for me. My wife and I are retired, our usual gas fitter we have had for years has moved away and this will be a great relief to know that we have easy contact for that we may need.

I spoke to Charlotte she was very good answered all my questions that I asked as for recommending to my friends and family I will have to wait and if and when I have a problem you will deal with it

Very easy to join and all the plan’s laid out perfectly I’ve been with British Gas for nearly 15 years But I want to try something new now British Gas quoted me a ridiculous renewal price

Just signed up after 45 years with British Gas. Online process was easy and straight forward, and the price is less. Looking forward to better service levels than those from Br.Gas.

Easy website to understand what’s on offer and make the online application. A little bit confusing when the cover actually starts, on application or after inspection. A phone call with a very helpful adviser resolved the problem.

Just joined 'Your Repair' today. Quick and easy process all completed in approx 10 minutes, Hoping the future service will be as easy to arrange.

Easy to understand levels of cover. Reasonable cost and will cover my rather elderly ( but working fine) boiler.
