5 / 5I was advised by a friend to think about getting cover as (like myself) my boiler’s not getting any younger. I’ve therefore only just joined, but the signing up was very straight forward, and I found them on the Martin Lewis advice site as a recommended service provider. Would be nice to not have to do a callout review at any point, as that would mean I’d had no issues, but if and when it happens I’ll be back.

4 / 5Your agent Alex was extremely helpful. He explained things to me without making me feel rushed into a decision. In general he gave me confidence that, as I am disabled, I was changing to a company who cared.

5 / 5I needed a service plan for my gas boiler and CH. I googled British Gas and filled in a service plan. Only when I had finished I saw that it was "YourRepair"! I can't be bothered changing and it was cheaper than British Gas. I will give it a go and see how they have done in 12 months!
