Following a call to a very helpful and friendly customer service agent to check a few things, the actual online sign-up process was very quick and simple to follow. Option to fix premium for up to 3 years is helpful too. Early days but so far happy with the experience.

5 / 5My telephone enquiry to insure my boiler and central heating was handled efficiently and the service was explained to me very clearly, by a lady with an excellent telephone manener, and good customer service skills.

The option to have the start date coincide with the expiry of a different service provider was very useful and means there isn't that 2 week or more period when you are not covered. Looking forward to not having to contact them again until my service is due and then my renewal.

5 / 5I decided to try YourRepair as your prices were fixed for 3 years. I liked that option whereas others were always bumping prices up on an annual basis. Rather than retaining old customers they were enticing new comers at a cost of losing old loyal customers. I have only enlisted with you so I am not able to give any feed back on your service. Sorry
