It was easy to join, however I made a mistake and wanted to change my product but couldn't.

The website was well laid out making choice of product easy. A few questions and the contract was made. I particularly like the two and three year fixed option.

Very easy application process. So far so good. Proof will be when I come to use the service.

Having only just joined it is too soon to give a fair review of the service. However joining was a breeze, hence 4 stars.

Great to actually speak to somebody easily. They were very knowledgeable and we were able to arrange our cover without any problems. Very impressed so far.

Phone answered promptly. The perso I spoke to was polite and friendly. As I have only just signed up I can’t say any more.

Very good but had trouble with my password and I don't know why .On my application when I set my password .When I tried to get into my a/c it said the details didn't match
