Just changed my service policy to YourRepair, great value for the same cover as my old supplier, but half the price...

I have been with British Gas for 12 years, who have serviced my boiler since. However, the annual plan become uncompetitive. This seems so much better value for money and switch was easy. Time will tell as to the service provided.

The service was very good and I hope you maintain the same standards when we call you for repairs etc.

for someone who is a computer novice this was made very easy for me to do, delighted with this service

Easy to join Straight forward process

I needed boiler cover as I have just left British Gas, and decided to give YourReair a go following reading reviews. Looked at the plans offered, and opted for the one most suitable for me. All good so far. Another job done!

Easy to complete registration and set up direct debit

I have just taken out cover spoke to a well informed very polite lady. So far so good

Set up my boiler care plan with a very helpful advisor. Only took a short time and received documents immediately. All good so far.

A higher star rating may apply for the first claim; total replacements would go into fruition eventually. So far the website root was very welcoming and easy to use.

Only just joined as a customer and have not required any services but the joining process was simple and their confirmation of account details etc very good.

I was looking to get boiler cover at a competitive price I viewed the options on line and it fitted my requirements
