Very simple to sign up.

So far so good, hopefully will not need any call outs but if I do, I hope you are as efficient and reliable as home service have been in the past.

Telephone call all OK, with your operative being efficient and informative. I would have preferred for the annual policy not to default to continuing, but was told that it is not possible to default to stopping after 12 months. I like the call back option.

Too early for a proper review, only just signed up ! That was simple & straight forward. Will do a review when and if I need something fixing, the proof is in the pudding, as they say ;)

A very good experience from a polite professional member of your staff.

Fed up with British Gas offering a less than good service yet increasing the monthly premium despite just one call out in over ten years, made me research a new contract. The sign up to Your Repair was easy as pie amd a very competitive price, now I'll have to wait and see if the promises and the reviews live up to expectations. Watch this space !
