It’s a little disappointing that as a new customer, we won’t receive a boiler service until close to the end of our 1 year contract. I can only offer the acceptable star as we are yet to use your services. Signing up was quick and easy so that is a bonus.

I have just joined this company - I don't know if the service is good or not, but the online process was easy and you will insure my boiler which is just over 15 years old, so I have peace of mind, although I've never had one minute of trouble with it previously

I can only comment on the joining process and the service and support received at that stage. All of it was polite, friendly and helpful and all of my questions were answered clearly. Consequently, I decided to join.

Signing up for the Boiler Service with YourRepair was very easy. It just a matter of clicks and once the payment was made, you are immediately signed into their portal. The portal itself provides you all the information you need and the ability request a call out. It includes the ability to send emails as well, which i find useful so i can track any communication i may have with the YourRepair team. Overall, it's been a good start.
