Lady was very helpful on the phone excellent.

Easy to navigate and join online.However,as we were overdue our annual service from our previous provider,it is a long time to wait(July 2020)for a service from YourRepair. Our previous provider was out within few weeks of signing-up, then annually from then on.

I managed to open my account and arrange the good deal for my annual boiler cover within 10 min of the phone conversation. It was a good start !

Very please with the EICR . Efficiently carried out and a great price too. The electrician was very clear and explained as to what is required in his recommendation section . The price I paid for the EICR is unbeatable and it lasts 3 years.

Amid was very polite and efficient and said the system needs a flush through. Which I will consider soon. All was in order.

Great boiler service, called to give an estimate time the day before gave me a one hour window. Friendly and full of some good info and advise. Highly recommend

We changed to YourRepair earlier in 2019 and this was the first time they sent an engineer to service our boiler. The appointment was easily made, at a date and time convenient to us. The engineer arrived within the stated timescale, was polite and friendly and did the service efficiently, pointing out that maybe we should put a carbon monoxide alarm in our loft (we have others in the house). Would not hesitate to recommend both YourRepair and the engineer.

Annual boiler service. Same bloke as last year. Excellent job and gave us advice about our external gas pipe. Worth every penny.
