4 / 5Only just joined so no experience of how good their service will be but in terms of savings they are 50% cheaper than domestic and general and offer more coverage against faults. No call out charge selected along with 3years fixed price monthly charge. What's not to like !

4 / 5Hard to review after just signing up. I would say I’m surprised the boiler service isn’t until the end of the plan. Other providers I’ve been with tend to service it at the start to ensure it meets coverage criteria.
3 / 5Absolutely superb service; my boiler is still under warranty. I booked online and was offered a date for the following day! The engineer came early morning and replaced part's to the boiler; explained the issue, was polite and efficient. I am so so pleased with the service. I cannot recommend highly enough.
