I think my problem was having to move house and deciding to cancel the policy, but as far as YourRepair are concerned, I have been treated fairly and have had efficiency, caring and very polite staff.

Well it wasn’t a repair it was the maintenance visit. Went fine. Prompt and polite.

So easy and quick to report the repair. Received a call the same day with an appointment for someone to tend to the repair. The repair was carried out by a friendly and helpful engineer. Since his visit the boiler is working so much better. Very happy with the service.

Engineer Andy was very efficient and helpful. He informed me straight away when on first attempted appointment he was unable to attend. Another appointment was arranged very quickly and the boiler service carried out very professionally. Very good service

I think I've already written this review, but I will repeat that the service was excellent. The prices are far cheaper than any other service company I know and the telephone staff a lovely and polite. Thank you for a great service.

Great Customer Service. The Agent was knowledgeable about the different plans and was able to direct me to the one that suited my needs best.

Very effective. If you can't make the date, they make a point of reference arranging and working around you even at weekends. Very professional staff.

The engineer was very helpful and efficient. Arrive in the morning with a prior phone call, examine and found the faulty part. Came back in the late afternoon to fix it. All done in one day.
