Give 4 stars as I've have only just signed up with Your Repair so do not know what the service is like in the event of an issue but after speaking with Jackie in the Customer Care Team to upgrade my plan I am left with a positive feeling. I will update this review at a later date when I have a more substantial idea of the services

Very thorough and knowledgeable engineer, as well as polite, explained everything and cleaned up prior to leaving, policy does exactly what it says on the tin,, can’t fault it

The engineer arrived on time and carried out his work in a proficient manner.

Boiler Service. I was emailed about a boiler service. I replied and then received a phone call from the engineer to arrange an appointment. He came the following day. He was punctual, polite and extremely efficient. He explained everything as he went along and answered questions. Well Done.

Easy to follow site until you come to the end and no confirmation its complete and covered.

The service man was on time. Phoned us half hour before he arrived. He was very pleasant, professional and diligent. Job well done.
