I was quoted one price for a plan but when I took the plan quoted, I was charged a completely different price, more than originally quoted. I find this incredible. I have raised a query ticket but has yet not received a reply.

Dan was extremely helpful and where he wasn’t sure sought advice in order to get answers to my questions.

Price is good for the service level/cover required.
