5 / 5Trying to contact someone and get help is not easy and you have to do a lot of chasing around especially in regards to your free bolier service. I cannot comment and the claim process as I have not made a claim. Easy website to use and documents all online, also a nice pay monthly option with no extra fees to do so.

5 / 5I am happy because I did not have to use the repair service or anything else during my first year with "Your Repair". I shall continue to be happy with the situation if that continues but also if their prices remain competitive; e main reason I left British Gas. "your repair" initiated the annual boiler check and fitted in a convenient time. The check was carried out at the stated time, informing me of arrival a few minutes before. The check was clean, thorough and comprehensive and carried out in a friendly, effective manner.
