Came for Annual service Very polite and efficient First time with this firm but seem very good For some reason won’t let me enter star rating but would give it 5

Engineer arrived at the specified time and he was in and out within 10.minutes and advised that the boiler was working fine

The engineer was knowledgeable, fast, accurate, helpful, clean, polite and did the job.

Professional and speedy service, couldnt ask for more. When i phoned job in they had a repair man phone me within 5 minutes, Kyle who sorted problem straight away, and with a smile..really happy with the service

Service carried out to the boiler. Good communication with YourRepair, engineer arrived as arranged and tidily carried out the annual service.

Two men arrived to service my boiler, which was a bit of a surprise. They arrived on time and carried out a thorough service and explained what they were doing. Took a bit longer than previous services, with other companies, but, as I say, they were through.

Signed up online last night which was very straightforward and got a customer service call from Jacqi today which was lovely and very reassuring and helpful. Excellent so far!

I was concerned as hadn't received a boiler service sign off sheet from the service engineer - phoned YourRepair and the immediately directed me to my online document folder and assured me it was there. I then received a phone call asking if I was happy with the result of my phone call. Excellent service!
