Good Service again, although it would have been nice to know what they did to the Leak, hopefully all fixed now.

Contacted by your repair by email to arrange boiler service for my elderly in laws. Contacted engineer to arrange appointment. He turned up as arranged and was extremely pleasant. Work carried out without fuss. Thoroughly recommended.

For the annual servicing I was first contacted by email giving the details of the engineer arranging to come, the following day he text me with different days an hours, really liked the flexibility of times, so I did not have to ask for a day off at work, neither I has to wait all day. I am very satisfied with the service itself and how easy it was to set it up in the first place. Thank you

Very easy to sign up for boiler cover

Good communications when taking out the policy and good value. The Vaillant boiler service was much more comprehensive than before including safety advice and a gas pressure check. He also cleaned the magnaclean unit which was excluded by previous engineers. Overall a great service in all aspects.
