The sign up process I did a few days ago was simply easier than my expectations. So far I’m extremely happy with price, contract and their good old fashioned customer service.
5 / 5Very impressed with this company. First I received a text telling me my boiler service had been passed onto the engineer. The engineer then called to arrange an appointment and on the day he phoned to advise what time he would be with me. He carried out the service and showed me the various parts he was removing and cleaning. when he had finished he showed me pictures of my boiler on his phone in various stages of strip down. A very nice genuine guy and did a great job, thank you very much Your Repair 10/10 and five stars for customer service. Best I’ve ever had come to the house over the last 10 years!
