4 / 5I changed to Your Repair from British Gas and am very happy. Not only do they offer more services but they don't increase your charges if you take the 2 or 3-year option.

5 / 5Good customer service and friendly engineers. Process claims quickly with engineer visit swift Monday to Friday. Weekends are the only drawback unless claim fits emergency criteria. A little pricier than some plans, but zero excess on call outs is a big bonus.
4 / 5I wrote a review re: ease of use of website to purchase boiler insurance, but mentioned that I had not been able to open e-mail to claim 10% discount. Had a phone call within a couple of hours apologising, and was given the discount immediately. Excellent customer service.
