Excellent service by phone. Online fault reporting needs more options as nearly all of them I found did not reflect the fault I had on two occasions. Both fault reports were rejected as available options were not covered, but then excepted by phone after explaining.

if thoughat the moment the repair is been done, but the job the boiler man said he was coming back to a few days later to fix never came back, but boiler is ok at the moment, but you cant blame your repair for that. and i am happy with your repair. and i am very happy with chris who took the phone call from me, i told chris he never came back to finnish the job he said he would do

Having signed up and initially been allocated a service date for my boiler of March 2020, YouRepair swiftly actioned my observation that this was a long time to wait and have moved service to lock-in with the time it would have been serviced if I had stayed with my previous supplier. Excellent customer service.

Yesterday, I spoke to a lady about taking out a police to cover my boiler & heating ... she was extremely helpful & the whole process was dealt with quickly ,,,, time will tell how good they perform ... but so far so good
