Just contacted Your Repair where I spoke with a chap called Chris. Very helpful, took the hassle out of dealing with the repair in question. Only reported this fault today so obviously hasn't been dealt with yet but have been assured it will be dealt with within a 7 day period so that's great.

Very easy to sign up and great portal for logging into to contact the company. Very reasonable prices compared to competitors. So far so good.

Great service. Appt has been cancelled due to a personal issue with the assigned engineer.aftercontacting the company a new appt was made and work carried out with a couple of days. Very helpful and courteous staff

Just joined ,but very helpful explaining what product was best for me so joined up for a 2 year cover, so far so good
