5 / 5Easy to sign up to, with choice of plans and options and fixed price for three years. Signed up last year to give them a go. Also seems fine so far. Had a landlord safety check done and arranged through the managing housing association without any problems. Will consider covering further property once ongoing cover with existing provider ends.
5 / 5I switched a few weeks ago to YourRepair from British Gas, as I was paying British Gas almost twice as much monthly for fewer services. I don't actually become a YourRepair customer for a few weeks, as my contract with British Gas doesn't end until the end of the month. I didn't experience any difficulties sign up to YourRepair, so I have given them 4 stars.
4 / 5I signed up last September and only recently needed my boiler repaired. YourRepair arranged for an engineer to visit who immediately diagnosed a faulty fan and repaired it at no cost to myself.
5 / 5First time I have had to use YourRepair service and when I tried to log in it rejected my password so I telephoned and found a really helpful contact. Engineer booked and password issue all sorted without fuss. To add that extra star I just need the engineer to call to fix my boiler - soon I hope.
