Service and info received from Adam was excellent.

i had a visit from Mr D Hawley who came to do my boiler service,he was very helpful and even noticed that my gas main handle was jammed and waited while i rang the correct service to come and address this should there be a gas leak the emergency handle was jammed ,thank you and is the first person to point this out to me.kind regards ,

I just bought my boiler and central heating cover. Easy to buy on website and customer service great. Our cover not started but customer service called us to know if all ok with our purchase. That is reassuring and helpfull think to do. Thanks

Just signed up to a plan It was easy to find the cover I required and the cost is very reasonable. Web site user- friendly even for someone not computor savy although pop up for online live chat a bit annoying !

Friendly staff and quick to respond to situation. Reasonably priced compared to British Gas.

Once I reported the fault on my boiler, it was corrected within 48 hours. The engineer was very polite, friendly and I felt safe. Marvelous service and easy to talk too. Thank you very much for being here for us.

The young man that came to our boiler soon had it sorted, I was having to keep putting pressure in every day, I was worried i should of done more to mend it myself like bleeding radiators but it wasn’t anything i wasn’t doing. He had to pump something into the actual boiler. It’s awful getting old and having to cope with things so it’s nice to know I have someone to call on to help.

Have only just signed up to YouRepair for boiler and central heating cover. The web site was clear and easy to use. The rest of the survey is not yet applicable.
