5 / 5Really pleased with YOURREPAIR. fault with boiler, no hot water or heating. Engineer called late Friday afternoon, had stood root around checking as he went and despite this he couldn't fix it as parts needed. Unfortunately because of the weekend nothing could be done. This is fully accepted by me. Monday morning the engineers company rang to say parts received and engineer would call after 4pm, which he did. Parts speedily fitted and electrode cleaned too. All fixed. I am totally happy from start to Finnish. Your repair was very much better than previous companies I've been with. No problem in reccomending to all.

Great customer service from Adam when on the phone, but still had to haggle to get the same price as last year. I know it is common practice for all insurance companies to do this, just wish it wasn't! Would be 5 stars apart from that
4 / 5They remind us when our boiler service is due and pass our details on to a nice local boiler company to then arrange a service. All carried out, no problem. And then on renewal they were helpful and lowered their renewal price for me, which saved us £36/year. Great service so far over!
