5 / 5I've just changed over to YourRepair from British Gas, and it's like a breath of fresh air. The website was very easy to navigate, and the sign up process was very quick and straight forward. Within a couple of days I was contacted by an agent just to see if I had any questions or concerns. In all of my years with British Gas, I have never been contacted by their agents to see if I have any concerns. I just wish that I had switched years ago.

5 / 5Only really experienced singing up which was easy . I'm dropping one star as communication after joining was minimal. After a month I got a call and I asked when the service happens and turns out it is towards the end of the contract. This clearly serves them, not the customer. Anyway I got it moved forward at least.
