5 / 5Your Repair have just given me a favourable renewal after comparing like for like alternative quotes. Having used their repair service once before, I am more than happy to continue with them. The only negative is that they couldn't improve on their complete home cover that I would have taken out but for my current circumstances.

5 / 5I was emailed letting me know my boiler service was due and an engineer would contact me to arrange a date. An engineer contacted me within days asking when was convenient for me and the boiler service was carried out within a week of contact. Liam, the engineer, was reliable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

4 / 5The telephone service I received when I enquired about taking out a policy was excellent. Peruschka was able to answer all my questions and after speaking to her supervisor even arranged for a discount on the policy I was looking at. She was polite, efficent and very helpful. Whoever rings up with an enquiry will be very lucky if Peruschka is the opertor to pick up their call.
