5 / 5Thank You for dealing with my request for leaking pipe on tap they came to repair but found they could not get it from the tap was advice from the engineer that they had to replace tap but it was not covered as that was in good order so i contacted you repair they heard what i had to say and they were great and three days later the job was done new pipes and tap to me it's great when people help immediately the service was first class in fact they are better then homeserve which i had in the past and all so british gas i am disable and this company i will stick with for the rest of my time on this planet thanks, Tara."

I shopped around and found that not only did YourRepair have the best on offer for what I wanted at the right price but the customer service over the phone was better than others I had spoken too, I was given all answers to my questions straightaway. As I was still in the process of checking other places the person on the phone offered a ring back a few days later, which I accepted and decided I was going to buy this cover. Ring back happened and I was able to purchase all I needed with full information and all very simple. Peruschka was the person dealing with my inquiry and was helpful and knowledgeable.
