The lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. I had originally tried to sign up online, but received no email confirmation and had to ring up to check whether I was covered. We did the whole process over again by phone, with no problems.

This is just the beginning. They will be best judged at the time of need. Let's hope for the best! I think all the reviews on website are taken at the time of registration. I could not see any review which was given after a call out or problem. I would suggest to request a review after completing every year of cover. Those reviews would be true reflection of performance.
