Very easy to set this plan up

Easy to organise, competitive rate.

Just signed up so to early for a repair review but the gent on the phone was very helpfull

Keiran was very friendly and provided clear and informative advice on taking out new boiler cover. Easy to do and all questions answered in full. No pressure. Good experience

Had a bit of trouble getting my password to stay in succeeded after four attempts, otherwise no problems.

Very easy to set up on line, much cheaper than my previous service provider and the option to fix your price for up to three years.

Quick and easy immediate start

The lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. I had originally tried to sign up online, but received no email confirmation and had to ring up to check whether I was covered. We did the whole process over again by phone, with no problems.

This review only covers the signing up process which was simple and straightforward

Took out the policy over the phone - prompt and efficient service by Kerian - hopefully if we do need to call upon this cover things go just as smoothly.

The registering process was very easy therefore i have rated it very good based on that.

This is just the beginning. They will be best judged at the time of need. Let's hope for the best! I think all the reviews on website are taken at the time of registration. I could not see any review which was given after a call out or problem. I would suggest to request a review after completing every year of cover. Those reviews would be true reflection of performance.
