Purchasing this cover was straightforward and I'm impressed with being able to complete the registration process online. The cover is very comprehensive and competitively priced.

Easy to complete online. Fast service

I chose you for the following reasons:- Competitive price, no excess option, Terms & conditions easy to understand and written in plain English, Annual service included, 24/7 repairs. Although our boiler is 12 years old, it has been well looked after with an annual service and as we have a water softener in the house hardly any limescale. Vaillant services are very good but their premium is very high, (overpriced),and has gone up by 20% this year. How do we obtain our annual service?

Can only comment on setting up this account as not needed to call them out at present. Very friendly staff, product information easy to digest. Easy to set up account. If test of service is this efficient i will be very pleased

Not a repair

just joined today, so have no prior knowledge or experience to speak off, however I liked the ease of applying for cover and being able to immediately download my plan

Good SERVICE SO FAR. MAY IT CONTINUE

Have only just joined and seems satisfactory so far. However i am concerned that the 'annual boiler check' is due to be done at the end of the contracted year - having moved from another company my check is now due. I will be phoning customer services when they open to discuss this as my boiler will therefore go nearly 2 years without a service. This was not made clear in the information prior to purchase.

I just signed up and was asked to give this review (and by doing so £1 will be donated to charity). I really hope being with Your Repair is a positive experience :-)

Very clear and easy to join and everything is upfront except when your first service will be. As previous customers have said the service isn’t until the end of your first year!! It doesn’t mention this until you confirm your policy. I like the option of having no excess and price freeze for up to 3 years. So overall very happy really and cheaper than my previous cover.
