I am very impressed by the various members of staff by their knowledge and the guidance I was given, plus of course the competitive product you offer.The only aspect that prevented me giving top marks was the amount of time waiting on the phone, a poor initial welcome for a new prospective new customer! I am sure you can find ways of improving,so as to ensure top marks are attained from all new customers.

)With having 5 children we are very dependant on our heating and hot water, after reporting the fault to YourRepair the appointed engineer was very helpfull over the phone trying to help with the fault. He arrived the same day that i reported the fault and quickly diagnosed the problem he carried out a tempary repair so that we had heating and hot water. He then returned the next day with the required part and repaired it. Great comunication from both the engineer and YourRepair who called me after to make sure everything went ok. Could not be happier with the service

The whole process is so easy from signing up to reporting a problem online. I reported a boiler leak online on Sunday instantly recieved an email confirming my claim had been logged then their engineer called me 30 minutes later to say he was on his way. British gas could learn alot from Your Repair.

Very reliable and friendly service every time I have called Your Repair they have arranged the repair as fast as possible and solved the problem . I have been with them for 4 years now, I dread to think what it would have cost me in repairs if I did'nt have boiler cover with them.
