I am sure you can find ways of improving,so as to ensure top marks are attained from all new customers.

He arrived the same day that i reported the fault and quickly diagnosed the problem he carried out a tempary repair so that we had heating and hot water. He then returned the next day with the required part and repaired it. Great comunication from both the engineer and YourRepair who called me after to make sure everything went ok. Could not be happier with the service

I reported a boiler leak online on Sunday instantly recieved an email confirming my claim had been logged then their engineer called me 30 minutes later to say he was on his way. British gas could learn alot from Your Repair.
