Very simple procedure to complete the pro forma

The person on the phone was very friendly and polite with answering all my questions, and had no problem in taking out the wright heating insurance for our needs.

Very simple to understand and documents sent by e-mail instantly agreement to insure with Your Repair sorted. Oliver could not have been more helpful.

I had to ring back after nearly 2 hours when the promised return phone call didn't materialise. However once I was put on to Marion I received useful advice and quickly signed up. The process was efficient and the manner honest and friendly.

It's too early to form any opinion as we have not had time to try the system. That being said, the price was competitive and the set-up process was simple enough, hence the 4* rating.

It was actually the annual boiler service. The engineer was polite and friendly, no problems.
