4 / 5I called YourRepair HomPlan to log a fault with my boiler on Monday morning, I got a phone call back pretty much straight away saying that an engineer would be attending site that day. I then got a call from the engineer telling me what time he would be there. I was very pleased how well informed i was kept. The engineer turned up on time and said my boiler needed a part, true to his word, he came back the following day with the right part and repaired it. No Fuss.

4 / 5The plumber who turned up had a real battle finding where the leak was coming from in my bathroom, but he didn't give up, and made it all good again. He left my bathroom clean and tidy and kept his sense of humour.
