My boiler was back up and running the day after reporting the problem to them, the person on the end of the phone was really helpful, and calmed me down in my state of panic!! And their engineer knew exactly what he was doing. A service I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have a plan that covers my boiler and central heating with YourRepair. I called them this morning because i had no hot water. They arrived this afternoon identified the problem, went off and collected the part returned within half an hour and repaired my boiler. Fantastic service and a very knowledgeable engineer.

I received a call on Monday from the engineer asking to arrange my first annual review. We arranged for him to come the following afternoon, but he was flexible enough to avoid the school run, as we have to pick up our granddaughter on a Tuesday. He arrived within the given time, explained what he was going to do, did it, asked me if we were having any problems with the central heating system and left, very polite and courteous. If this is what I can come to expect from YourRepair HomePlan, then I would defenatly recommend.

Signed up for a repair and care for my boiler, as I had been trying to find a reliable plumber for days, and didn't want to get caught in the cold (literally) again!! Office were helpful, and genuine and felt relieved straight away, as i'd had 2 plumbers not turn up. Plumber rang to let me know he was on his way. He discovered a leak on a pipe which needed replacing. He arranged to return the following day with the necessary materials. The job was completed the following morning as he told me it would be, and my heating is now working again, hooray!!

Our heating and hot water stopped working, rang YourRepair in the afternoon and an engineer came the following morning. It was a faulty control clock, this was replaced and he got us back up and running there and then, he also serviced my boiler at the same time, very pleased, excellent service.
