Just Joined was using British Gas Homecare but they kept increasing the price and the customer service was not what it once was. I found Your Repair on-line after my BG contract was up for renewal, the process of signing up was straight forward and easy. I have not yet used customer services / boiler services so cannot comment further at this stage.

One thing I forgot to ask was, can i check on the particular engineer who will be coming to service my boiler, to see if he is definately on the Gas Safe Register. Do I need a name and an engineer number?
