The actual service was good. When I received a call out charge for something the engineer did not have on his van at the time and another engineer brought it later, I was not impressed. However the problem was solved after a long phone call and all is now well.

Spoke to Oliver who told me all about the service and the initial impressions are good. The proof will be in the eating of the pudding. Google customer rating is good.
