The registering was super easy. I can't comment on the service because I am a very new customer, but I don't envisage any problems. Will come back to this review if I have any negative comments further down the line.

Have yet to use the service but signing up was easy and the breakdown of what is covered easy to understand.

No repair as yet, just purchased 3 more plans and had only one boiler service so far. It was fine.

Accidentally opened two plans so rang customer service. The operator had a fantastic attitude. She made me feel at ease straight away, I was also made to feel important to them. The Issue was resolved quickly and easily It was a pleasure to ring them.

Signing up was easy, but the proof of the pudding will be when I need service or repair!
