4 / 5After "falling out" with a major alternative service provider, found YourRepair and after some research called to clarify certain Ts&Cs. All my questions were answered professionally and competently. Organising and setting up my plan online was simple and straightforward with plenty of options regards service types & monthly cost. Signed up and am now getting more for less.

5 / 5Because of the disgusting behaviour of British Gas that's been highlighted in the last few days I've decided to do the right thing and vote with my feet. They cannot treat vulnerable people in the way that has been shown on the news. It's despicable. Consequently I've now closed my annual HomeCare contract with them and moved to YourRepair for our annual servicing and support. On top of feeling morally much better I've saved £108 /yr for essentially the same services, but now supplied by local companies who really need the business. I encourage you all to do the same if you're with BG/ Centrica . Do not let these corporations win. As Wolfie said ... Power to the People! ✊ I have yet to have a call out or a service, but so far so good with the joining process.
