5 / 5Just joined up today, after realising Scottish Power's Boiler cover doesn't include an annual service! Joining process, really, really, simple and straightforward which I feel bodes well for any future communications. I've not used any service yet, but feel it will be good as I've had a look at the feedback comments from existing customers.

Couldn't get my previous provider to service our boiler for 3 years, understandably there were Covid related issues but signed up with YourRepair and got our boiler serviced straight away. Battled to speak to someone on the phone with my previous provider but found it easy to speak to someone at YourRepair without long waiting/holding times on the phone. Communication via email is also excellent.
