Good value for money compared to British Gas. Chat service was quick and efficient. Service doesn't start until mid-December so cannot comment further at this stage.

I've only just signed up but it was so easy to do online and everything was clear and straightforward. Great value too. I hope I don’t need to see you until my service appointment but I’m glad I signed up. Also looking forward to getting my Amazon gift voucher!

4 / 5I signed up today and on first impressions I was pleasantly surprised I tried to complete on line but had a problem so I had to call, my call was answered quickly and I spoke with Oliver who helped me through everything so it was dealt with very quickly and he went through everything with me . Here’s hoping I have a smooth year with you guys.
