However, the lady I spoke to on the ‘phone was supremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable (and it was nice to get straight through to an actual human!) so this is what persuaded me to join. I hope the service provided will live up to this great start
5 / 5After an initial shaky start with a sales agent not calling us back to discuss taking out a plan, I spoke to a really lovely agent, Sarah, I think. She gave us all of the details broken down which made everything seem less daunting. Really happy with the service so far and the price. We switched from Homeserve after them ramping up the price year on year. Looking forward to a happy relationship with Your Repair.
